1) Should the United States government reinstate the military draft? 3 reasons why or why not.
>>> Reinstating the military draft would probably be the best idea, if every US male over the age of 18 was called upon to go to war, and only if it was the last resource. I say this because it is unfair that only men that have received government funds are the ones to be sent to war. While all wealthy men stay at home and simply listen to what’s going on in the war, instead of actually serving their country. if the u.s were to reindstate the military draft, then the country would probably come to a serious down fall. whether it fell because of the war, or it fell because of the unequal treatment/happenigs in the country. due to the fact that if there was another military draft, there would be a lot of comotion in the country, and the U.S. would probably then loose its world power and might become under attack, due to the lack of unison.

fast food legal liability??
2) Should fast food companies be held legally liable for the impact of their product consumers? 3 reasons why or why not.
>>> Fast food companies should not be held leagally liable for the impact of their product on customers. for one, these companies have nutritional facts (for the most part) on their product labels, that inform the customers of how healthy it is. another, news reporters give on-air documentations very frequently on deadly occurences that have happened because of some certain products these fast food companies provide, and yet the customers continue to purchase the products. these fast food companies don't force customers to buy their products. customers choose to do so on their own and at their own risk. if ertain customers die because of the products the fast food company offered, then it's probably because the ate the certain product in excess, rather than eating it with limits. and yes it is true that some products have an excess in unhealthy things, but as the cunsumer, it is imperative that you take care of yourself and take charge of whom you want to be/how you want to end.

daily classroom time for student prayer
3) Should American public schools be allowed to set aside daily classroom time for student prayer? (remember, we have freedom of religion as well as separation of church and state).... >>> I personally do not believe it would be the wisest idea. simply because not everyone believes in the same thing, and having such time in school would cause various problems due to the differences. school would then become a place where to "convert" people to your religion and/or a debate room in which people argue which relion is "better". with such comotion going on, school would no longer be a simple place in which you learn without much differential thought going around. i say this because now, we're not allowed to speak about religion in th classrooms, and yet some students get very deffensive when it come to thier own personal beliefs/way of thinking. with so much liberty in school, things could get very personal and so out of control, that things could possilby return to the times in which one relgion wanted to govern and be THE religion.
same-sex marriage
4) Shoud same-sex marriges be legal in the United States?
>>> Same-sex marriges should not be legal in the United States, in my opinion. well same-sex marriage is already legal in some states in the US, be to me , it's a bit unpleasant. i know they're still humans and they have feelings, but when man was created, GOD specifically had created a man and a woman to be each others companion, not a woman and a woman or a man and a man. others may say, "let them be happy and do what they please...", and may/will be against what i believe. everyone varies in their opinion about certain things, especially when it comes to same-sex marriages. and i guess it all varies depending on how you were raised and or rhe enviornment you're found in.
